Each Zickz order is made-to-order and begins with a direct consultation between the client and the artist to discuss preferences such as color variations, initials, and design adjustments. Once the final concept is approved, a fresh, one-of-one bespoke piece is crafted exclusively for you.
Because of the custom nature of our creations, orders are non-returnable.

Zickz offers domestic and international delivery, with timelines depending on the design and level of customization. Tracking details and care instructions are shared upon dispatch.
