Refund policy
At Zickz, every piece is created exclusively for the individual who orders it.
We do not operate on ready stock or mass production.
Each product is crafted after an order is placed, making it a bespoke creation.
1. No Returns & No Refunds
All products sold by Zickz are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Customized sneakers
- Hand-painted bags
- Embroidered apparel
- Custom accessories
- Custom bottles (launching soon)
Once an order is placed, production begins specifically for that customer.
For this reason, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
2. Replacement Policy (Only in Case of Error)
We only offer replacement if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- There is a clear manufacturing or customization error from our side
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
After verification, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
3. Quality Check (Custom Sneakers & All Products)
Every product — especially custom sneakers — goes through a detailed quality check before dispatch.
We ensure:
- Correct design execution
- Proper finishing
- No visible defects
Orders are packed only after passing this inspection.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order,
and only if production has not started.
After this window, cancellation is not possible.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct customization details
- Reviewing their order carefully before confirming
Once confirmed, the design is executed as provided.
6. Agreement
By placing an order with Zickz,
you acknowledge and agree that:
- The product is being made exclusively for you
- It cannot be returned or refunded
- Only replacement is possible in case of a verified issue from our side
