At Zickz, every product is created exclusively after an order is placed.
We do not operate on ready inventory.
Each piece is crafted individually, following a structured waitlist system to ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
1. Waitlist & Order Allocation
All orders are placed into a production waitlist.
- Each customer is assigned a waitlist slot and estimated start time
- Orders are processed in sequence to maintain quality and uniform delivery timelines
The waitlist duration depends on:
- Current order volume
- Design complexity
- Ongoing production capacity
2. Processing Time (After Waitlist)
Once your order reaches its production slot:
- Processing time: approximately 3 weeks
This includes:
- Custom design execution
- Hand-painting / embroidery / crafting
- Finishing and detailing
- Final quality inspection
This applies to all products, including:
- Customized sneakers
- Bags
- Apparel
- Accessories
- Custom bottles and steel products
3. Shipping Time
After dispatch:
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days (within India)
Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Location
- Courier partner
- External logistical factors
4. Total Delivery Timeline
Total delivery time =
Waitlist duration + ~3 weeks processing + shipping time
Customers are informed about their waitlist position and estimated timelines after placing the order.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS
- You can track your shipment in real time
7. Address & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping details
- Being available to receive the order
Zickz is not responsible for:
- Incorrect address submissions
- Failed delivery attempts
8. Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- High waitlist volume
- Complexity of custom designs
- Courier or logistics disruptions
We ensure that every piece is delivered with the same level of attention and finish, regardless of order volume.
9. Damaged Package at Delivery
If the outer package appears damaged:
- Please record an unboxing video
- This is required for any verification or claims
