Zickz operates as a made-to-order and customization-based business.
- Every product is created after an order is placed
- Each piece is crafted specifically for the individual customer
- No two pieces are guaranteed to be identical
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a bespoke product.
3. Orders & Customization
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate customization details
- Reviewing all information before placing the order
Once an order is confirmed:
- The design and production process begins
- Changes may not be possible after production has started
Zickz is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise
- Payments must be completed at checkout
We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing at any time
- Cancel or refuse orders in case of pricing errors or suspicious activity
5. No Returns & No Refunds
All products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This applies to all categories, including:
- Customized sneakers
- Bags
- Apparel
- Accessories
- Custom bottles and steel products
Due to the personalized nature of our products,
returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
6. Replacement Policy
We only offer replacement if:
- The product received is damaged, or
- There is a verified error from our side
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof.
7. Production & Delivery
Orders follow a waitlist-based production system.
- Processing begins once your order reaches its assigned slot
- Approximate production time: ~3 weeks after waitlist
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics
Delays may occur due to:
- Order volume
- Design complexity
- External factors beyond our control
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, artworks, and content created by Zickz remain the property of Zickz.
- We reserve the right to use product images for marketing and portfolio
- Customers may not reproduce or commercially use our designs without permission
9. Limitation of Liability
Zickz shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Delays caused by third-party logistics
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
